Julien Réau is Innovation Director at Transdev, where he leads the identification, testing and scaling of innovative solutions for public transport and shared mobility. With more than 20 years of experience spanning operations, business development and innovation, he combines deep transport expertise with his ability to build bridges between public transport, logistics and industrial innovation ecosystems, accelerating the adoption of breakthrough technologies. Since 2024, he has led the international coordination of innovation activities across Transdev's 19-country network. Today, beyond the disruption caused by COVID-19, he is focused on helping operators seize the opportunities created by artificial intelligence and adapt their networks to the accelerating impacts of climate change. His work focuses on transforming emerging technologies into operational solutions that improve safety, efficiency, sustainability and resilience across public transport systems.
