Thomas Hiriart, CEO of Kinéis, leads Europe's first satellite constellation dedicated to IoT and AIS. It has 25 satellites and has been fully operational since summer 2025, providing global and fully sovereign connectivity. His mandate is to speed up international commercial growth, structure the company's offers and services, strengthen strategic partnerships with major European contractors, and prepare the next stages of its development. He is a graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO and Georgia Tech and holds an MBA from INSEAD. His career spans space agencies, leading space manufacturers and strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He then led the development of ION-X, taking the deeptech company from its early stages to its first technological, industrial and commercial successes. Thomas brings together space engineering, strategy and entrepreneurship to serve critical uses in civil security, energy, logistics, the environment and defense.
